At present, she is the Founder and Managing Director of Pulse Healthcare service, a Digital healthcare platform providing access to Doctors through video consultation with online diagnosis and e-prescription capability. She aims to transform the quality of healthcare service in Bangladesh for the mass by leveraging relevant technologies. As Chief of Marketing and Chief Communications Officer, she has been instrumental in building Telenor subsidiary GrameenPhone as number one brand and market leader in Bangladesh with more than USD one billion in revenue from startup stage. She also served as the Chief Service Officer, Head of .Mcommerce of Airtel Bangladesh , a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel. During her leadership at Grameenphone and Airtel, some successful product innovations have also received world GSMA awards, ASIA communications awards and other acclamations. After completing BBA, MBA from DU, she also completed executive programs at Harvard Business Studies, London Business school and Stockholm School of Economics. She has been instrumental and passionate about empowering women, a strong advocate for women rights and equality.
